If you cancel your booking, we will refund a portion of the fare and fees based on the following conditions:
- If cancellation notice is received at least 24 hours prior to the departure time, 70% of the fare received will be refunded.
- If cancellation notice is received at least 6 hours prior to the departure time, 50% of the fare received will be refunded.
[ Refund Method ]
Refunds will be processed by the settlement agency or agent within 30 days from the designated boarding date and time.
[ Refunds Due to Our Circumstances ]
If we are unable to fulfill the transportation contract, whether in whole or in part, due to the enforcement of laws, official requests, disputes, aircraft equipment failure, inclement weather, or other unavoidable reasons, or due to our own circumstances, we will refund the fare for the unflown portion upon your request. We will make every effort to accommodate your continued flight.
[ Non-Refundable Cases ]
If we determine that we cannot perform the flight to the destination due to inclement weather, and we are unable to perform the flight at your request, we will not refund the fee. This applies if you and we agree prior to the flight that the fee will not be refunded.
